xDo you have a cafe or bustling cake decorating business and need more than a few cakes a week? Are you located in Victoria, Sydney or Adelaide?
Bake Me Up is proud to be able to now offer you frozen bulk cake deliveries. All of our amazing flavours and sizes are available to you.
Each cake comes wrapped with a label (the same as you would buy instore or online) but in a bulk heavy-duty carton as follows:
- 5 - 5 cakes per carton
- 6-9 - 4 cakes per carton
- 10-11 - 2 cakes per carton
Conditions:
- Minimum order of 5 cartons applies to qualify for the base discount tier.
- Discounts will appear when you log in with your approved Wholesale Account.
- Free delivery in Victoria where order meets the minimum.
- Increased discount tiers based on volume.
- Must have an ABN and be based in Victoria, Sydney, Adelaide or Perth (we are working on Queensland and regional areas of the other states but it is likely to be 2024 before we will have a logistics solution)
- Cakes will be delivered to you frozen by our logistics partner according to a schedule:
- Metro Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide/Perth - daily deliveries
- Regional VIC (including Mornington Peninsula) - weekly deliveries
- Orders placed by 12pm go on the next available delivery day (Metro Melb = next day)

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 24 hours from receipt. If 24 hours have gone by since receiving your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy does not include 'change of mind' returns. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be damaged upon receipt or have a quality defect. To complete your return, we require a description in writing and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
REFUNDS
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bakemeup.com.au.EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bakemeup.com.au
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and volume based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
